  Was served today by the rudest person called Josh! Has no idea what he is doing, rude to all customers in the line, slow and messed up my order, I decided that this kid was literally too stupid to insult and just tried to take it and not miss my train.
  
  Me: "Hi can I have a vanilla latte please"
  Josh: "Uhh nah we don't do vanilla"
  Me: "The customer in front just had a vanilla cuppachino?"
  Josh: "wha? Nah he didn't?"
  Other customer: *nods at me discreetly that he did*
  Me: realising I don't have time for this clown "just a latte I guess..."
  
  One of the other staff members, Beth tried to help him and myself but he was not only rude to customers, but also colleagues, it was actually really awkward to watch him mess up against good advice for all the customers to see. I have no idea how this clown can be trusted with hot beverages and not be a danger to himself and others. Every time I see this clown behind the till again, I'll just just go to Costa outside!
